The road became our storefront.
Pastel de Nata is still unfamiliar to many people in Los Angeles, so we bring the first bite directly to them—at pop-ups, festivals and community events.
Staying focused on one pastry lets us make it well, serve it warm and learn what turns a first taste into another box.
